1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

Please note that during periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.


3. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
